It was safe to say that I had mentally overreacted when I felt the stress of walking down the short passage to the larger room on the other side from the door. That room was no different from the others. There were couches just as the other rooms did, all of which were filled with people who hardly paid attention to me. That room in particular was illuminated by a blue light and there were no windows in sight. No one paid attention to me as I walked through the people, many of whom were drinking. The air was clear, thankfully as I would have otherwise found it very difficult to stay in there for even a minute if anyone was smoking.
