Chapter 15

Alpha Thane's point of view

I walked Lily down to the cells and we reached Mick' s cell. He spat his venom at me and all's I wanted to do was tare out his throat. I let out a growl when he said he should have had his way with my wife, and killed my son. Shaking with my wolf at the surface yelling to kill him. It took everything to hold back, but my body was shaking. I wasn't sure how much longer I could hold on.

Lily must have felt my anger, and for some reason I could feel hers as well. I didn't understand why she was so angry. As soon as she yelled at Mick to pretty much stop talking, I winced a little bit myself. The power radiating off her is becoming stronger then my own, and she is only 10.

After everything that transpired in the cell, and we found out the truth about what happened to Mick and probably many other wolves. I no longer had hate in my heart for the man, I actually pity what he has been through. I also feel bad for what he is going through now and who knows how long. He absolutely hates himself right now, and I can't say that I blame him. I can only imagine I would more then likely hate myself as well. I look at Lily who has changed back to her adult cover. Hope in my eyes staring her in the eyes, "Can you block his memories from the past few years like that monster did. Maybe if he don't remember he will recover from this."

She has a look of disappointment cross her face as she looks back to Mick, who may I remind you is in complete shock from Lily's reveal. "I am not sure but I will not even if I could." She grabs Mick's face and makes him look her in the eyes. "We all make mistakes, we learn from them. We all have a past, we learn from it. We all have a future ahead of us so from what we have learned from our mistakes and past, we don't do it again." Now looking at him more serious and gripping his chin tighter she goes on.

"Mick you were one of the best warriors in the royal pack, you are strong. Stop being a big baby and get up and fight. Fight for your kingdom, fight for your queen, but most important fight for yourself. Don't let that monster beat you, he no longer has a hold on you. You are free of his curse and now you can help us find him." Releasing Mick's chin he actually looks up with a determination in his eyes. Wow this little girl is absolutely amazing. She is not yet queen but I would already follow her anywhere.

Lily's (Mahila) point of view

After telling Mick to stop being a baby his whole aurora changed. He got up and gave me a hug and thanked me. I didn't want him staying in here, but I also needed to give him a few days to make sure the spell doesn't reappear on him. The alpha and I disused it and decided on Mick staying in his cell for a few more days and then we will put him up at the cabin until we came up with a plan. We also found out from Mick that the rogue king has his little puppets go out and raid small packs. They kidnap anyone left alive an turn them like they did Mick.

When we got back to the house, I explained everything, and of course most of them didn't believe Mick was back to his old self. So with my ability to talk to anyone in their head and the ability to see and project images into others minds, I just combined them together. After I showed them what I saw and what Mick went through, they all had the same look of pity on their faces like the alpha did. Telling them the rest I had come up with a plan. "Auntie, you should put up a protective barrier around the pack territory, and Alpha you should get some ears out there to hear if any packs of all fae have been attacked. We should also find other rogue camps and take as many alive as we can and I can see if they are under the spell, and set them free as well."

My aunt was the first to answer "That kind of spell, and this large territory I can't do it alone, I will need help from other witches." Shyan jumped in her chair, almost like an idea came into her head so fast it scared the crap outta her. "Oh I got it, we have allies in most all fae, and we have some witch friends I can call in a favor from them. They already owe us, so it shouldn't be a problem.

With the plans were coming along, and the weeks went by. It took us three weeks to get Mick to come out of his cell. He would get a headache, he thought the spell was coming back. If his bones started to ache, he thought it was the spell coming back. I'm sure you get the pattern. I finally told him if he didn't get his butt outta that cell and join the world, I was going to shove a silver knife up his rump sideways.

Guessing he could almost feel the pain it would cause he almost jumped up off the bed and ran out the door. I told the alpha that it was time to bring a few more people in on what was going on, only the people he absolutely trusted. I told him to meet us at the cabin, where we can be alone to talk about everything, and also that I wanted to make sure I had back up for Mick. He needed to shift and run but I was not sure if his wolf still seen them as rogue or not. So everyone in the knowing circle met up at the cabin.

When Mick and I walked through the door, I could see some people were a little uneasy at first. What I did not expect was to hear the word mate. Mick was behind me and I could feel him stiffen up behind me and in a low tone,but not low enough for us wolves not to hear. He said mate and at the same time I look across the room at Jaz, her bright hazel green eyes bright as her Long wavy fire red hair flowed free down her back. She was staring at Mick and said mate the same time. I was actually very happy for them, now Mick could have someone to help him come back to being who he was.

"I'm so happy for you two but this will have to wait for later. We have some very important things to discuss as soon as the alpha gets here." No sooner after I said that the black SUV pulls up out front. The alpha gets out the drivers seat, his beta the passenger seat. I actually expected that one. Then the two back doors open and two more men get out along with a woman. They come through the door and all of them except the alpha had a curious look on their faces.

Walking over to greet them, while everyone else except Shyan wait in the living room. Shyan walkes over to her husband and he gives her a peck on the cheek. "Alpha" I say with a little bow of the head. "Lily, you know my beta John," he says while pointing his arm toward him. I nod and then he introduces the other three. This is my brother Trent and alpha of the cedar wood pack and next to him is his mate and luna Stephanie. This big guy over here is a loyal friend and another allie of mine Zack. He is the leader of the crimson brood, the brood is mostly vampires but they are also known for the highest volume of demons in their brood out side the high ranking demon brood."

I greeted them all with a smile and we all made out way into the living room. I in between Damon and Ryker, while the rest found a seat. I look over and see Mick and Jaz are sitting next to each other, that made me smile. As I was about to start the conversation Stephanie pipes in with a snobby and annoyed tone. "What are we doing here Thane? I do not like games." With a puff of his chest and anger filling his face, "I did not ask you to come Stephanie, I asked my brother to come but you insisted cause you can't let the dog off the leash. So pipe down or leave, I could care less but you will show respect. You will respect everyone here but mostly the little girl who is about to explain why we are all here if you would keep quiet."

As he is blasting away at her I walk over to the alpha and put my hand on his arm and get his attention. "Hey it's ok alpha, they don't know yet but they will soon. Are you sure all of them can be trusted?" He takes a quick glance at Stephanie and replies "She can be rude but yes they are all trust worthy." With that said I go back to my seat and I tell them everything. Who I am, what happened to the kingdom, where I have been, and what we have found out so far. Again they all were shocked beyond belief, well all but Stephanie. She had more of and I don't believe you look on her face.

With that said I did my mind trick an got into her mind. "So you don't believe me huh, I know it's a lot to take in, but just ask your wolf what she thinks" As I was saying all of this to her in her mind her eyes became saucers. I couldn't help but to giggle a bit on the inside. I then invited them all out to the back yard and suggested we go for a run. Most were up for it so we went out and every wolf went behind a tree to strip and shift.

Trent asked me "Are you not going to go behind a tree and shift?" I knew they were only doing this cause they had no spare cloths and they didn't want me to see their bitties. I just shook my head no and in two seconds I was in my full beautiful lycan form. Anyone who still had some cloths on came walking over to me with their mouths hung low and saucer eyes. Yes they all had to touch the silver to see if it was real. When they all pulled back in pain I couldn't help but laugh. I asked Ryker if he was riding with me or his dad. Of course he chose me, which made me very happy, it even gave me little butterflies in my tummy. Weird.

As Ryker got on and the silver didn't bother him, there were questions. After they were all answered we took off running, I had to pace myself cause I didn't want to end up in the desert or something. The run was amazing, I could feel the good energy coming off everyone, even Mick. As I look over at Mick's brown wolf, I realize something. Mick is not a wearwolf, he is actually a lycan.
