I was mad at myself for letting Violet hurt herself. I tried to fight my instincts to feed but sometimes it hurts to fight it. She is helping me accept it. On top of that, she loves me. She is a wonderful person who has been through so much and she loves me. I watch as Gabriel holds her close to him. I am happy to see him so relaxed and happy.
