Julio arrived safe and sound yesterday at ten am. He was handed to me and though he didn't stop crying for you and Azucena, Serafina and I tried to calm him by telling him you both would join him in no time.
I pray for that last sentence to become a reality. That soon you´ll come to us and help me manage this place. I told you before that, compared to the circumstances and death surrounding our birthplace, this place is a haven. The promised land, Eden, with the amount of safety, food, and sense of community around. There is enough of everything for every family that has come in search of protection.
