“How is that possible?” I muttered to myself. I stared at the empty, dark hole in the middle of his chest. I shook my head and clenched my jaw. “We are better now. The curse was supposed to be broken.”
I waited for him to explain, but Liam did not care about my confusion. He walked right past me without a word. He moved straight toward Aurora and took her hand.
“This means we cannot be apart, even for a second,” he said in a low voice.
I frowned deeply.
