-Nathan- Megan was suddenly strangely quiet for the rest of the day. She didn’t utter much, simply settling herself in a comfy chair in the living room, not too far away from me. With a book in her hands, she delved into its pages, not speaking or glancing in my direction. Bringing along a snack, she made only the occasional crunching sound as she ate, otherwise maintaining silence. It was rather perplexing, and I began to wonder if perhaps our little playful spat earlier in the morning had been misconstrued by her.
