It's 7 am and Jaison Prescott is out of his house to run and try to clear his head before this afternoon's game. He is a little stressed as this is the first game of the season and the coach expects a lot from him as well as the team. The thing he's proud of is that he got along well with the other team members including Damian and Tobias and that a real team was born; they have the same goal and they have come to understand that it is essential that they be united.

Yesterday, Damian gathered the team without the coach at home to review the strategy they have put in place, but also to talk about the general atmosphere. Emilio, who hates their captain to the utmost, had been the first to make positive remarks and added to everyone's laughter that although he still wanted to hit Brett’s angelic face, he was a good captain. They had ended up drinking beers and they had all left, meeting at 1 pm the next day. 

He goes home after an hour's tour and goes up to his room to take a good shower. Once his shower is taken and dressed, he prepares his bag by putting his match stuff in it. His stress finally subsided but if he feels it a little and as if his best friend had guessed it, his phone lights up with a message from it.

Mi amor: Don't stress mi bebé, boys and you, you're ready so you don't have to do so much. Whatever happens, I'll be proud of you! Te quiero, hasta ahora, I'll be in the stands! 

Me: If you knew how much I love you little head, thank you ❤

He turns off his phone and stuffs it into the pocket of his jacket, with a smile on his face, blows to give himself courage and takes his bag over his shoulder. On his way down, he meets his mother, who smiles with encouragement and responds with a kiss on his cheek and tells him to wish him good luck even though he already knows that she will be in the stands this afternoon to support him, alongside Melora of course. He leaves his house, climbs into his Maserati and starts by sending a message to Eidan to tell him that he is coming. His friend had his car in the garage, so he offered to pick him up today.

As for The Said Eidan, he just woke up when he saw his friend's message telling him that he was leaving home and that he was coming in 10 minutes max. He stretches while chewing and gets up to go and have an express breakfast. He stumbles upon his brother on the couch in front of a Netflix series and opens a closet to pick up Choco* and puts one in his mouth. He returns to his room putting the package in his bag, adds his football stuff and closes the bag to go to his bathroom to wash in 3 min time. He dresses in a jog and a Nike sweater, hearing Jaison honking his horn that he has to go out, he tells his brother that he's leaving, takes his keys and joins his friend.

He doesn't stress more than that for today's game, he intends to do as he did in training and he knows exactly what he needs to do in case the opposing team does something that their team would not expect. He’s ready and most of all, he’s looking forward to beating the Cleveland Browns with their lives. When he gets into his friend's car, he sees very well that he is stressed because his hands are clenched on the steering wheel.

"Uh Jai?  Would you describe your hands?  Because if you don't, I won't let you start. He says by putting a hand on the speed box but he insults himself mentally when he remembers that the car is a car box. Do you want me to drive? 

-      Oh sorry, I'm really stressed...

-      Don't worry, everything will be fine and I'm sure our dear Melora has given you some reassurance.

-      Aha, yes! He laughs.

-      So, don't worry about it. We're ready and we're going to win this game.

-      You're right, thank you Eidan! He said, tapping his friend's hand while starting in a hurry.

-      We join the others to eat, right?

-      Yes, at the Mac Do.

-      And we're going to get someone else?

-      Just Laurie because Melora doesn't eat with us and don't ask me why I have no idea. As for Harmony, she's at Emilio's so no need and Auxalia with Driss, they all join the four of us.

-      Weird for Melo...

-      I confess but we will try to burn Laulau, she must know. He explains with a wink.

Laurie is quietly sitting on the kitchen island, drinking her bottle - yes, a bottle! chocolate while watching a video on YouTube. She has her Gucci bag next to her, she's ready and waits patiently for the boys to pick her up. His mother just left with her grandpa to do some errands.

Today is the famous day, the boys talked so much about the game that she and the girls couldn't take it anymore and she had spent part of the night wondering how that first game was going to go. In a sense, she shares their stress, it's like she's going to play this afternoon.

The second part of the night she had devoted it to talking with Melora and Auxalia. They had come to talk about Pierce and Melo had confessed to some things that Lia did not know about, but who had finally taken the same position as her, which was to trust their best friend and be there regardless of their relationship.

Melo: If not! Lia, we need to talk! 

Lia: Oh no! There's no way you're putting the Driss topic back on this conversation!!

Laurie doesn't really know what to do to help her best friend, she saw with her own eyes that Damian looked opposed to what he was before with her but she can't help but think he might hurt her too. She also knows that Emilio and the boys will not accept this relationship if she were to see the light of day but on the one hand, we must stop making this stupid war especially now that everything is going well between Harmony and Lio but she will always defend her best friend and she will be on her side. However, she wants her friend to be careful, she feels that there is still something bigger than the captain of the football team hides. But she can't deny that their story is really worthy of a novel and she thinks Melora deserves it.

Melora is the most expensive and now she knows she can make the difference and she sees that she leads Damian by the nose when she sees him. She no longer lets herself be done, Melora is at home right now and she would do everything to protect her secret as she did since Cancun.

She just finished her chocolate when Jaison honked her horn. She puts her bottle in the sink before pulling the drawer to the side to take her keys filled with key rings. She grabs her bag and closes the door behind her. She smiles when she sees her friends and when she gets up to the back, she gets up in the middle to give them a kiss on the cheek to both of them.

"Hello beauty! Greets Jaison. 

-      How's the beautiful kid doing? Adds Eidan with a smile.

-      Fine thanks. So, are you ready? She asks them, while Jaison gets back on the road.

-      Frankly, I'm serene. We're going to shrivel these guys! Answer Eidan with a wink in the rear view mirror.

-      Yeah, bah I hope... Answer his turn Jaison.

-      Ah! Our little Jaison is stressing what I see! She teases him.

-      Stop it! He laughs.

Jaison parked the car towards the entrance and they all entered hoping to find a table for them and the others given the number of people in the McDonald's. Laurie sends a message to her best friend to let her know that they are at the fast-food restaurant and that Jaison is worried, but she is not answering.

Harmony is tying his hair in her boyfriend's bathroom while he struggles and freckles in his beard for several days because he can't find all his sports stuff that should be in their right place. She shifts to look at him by putting her favorite in the hair laughing but her quickly ravished when she sees Lio's black look.

"Baby, what are you looking for?

-      My cleats, I cannot get my hands on it and it gets me drunk.

-       They're probably in the last drawer in your closet. She responds by applying cream to her face.

-      No, I already...

-      Then? She asks while waiting for her to open the drawer in question.

-      Where's my helmet? He's trying, suspicious.

-      Easy, in the crate at the top of your Lio closet. She goes on to put on her mascara.

-      But it's not possible... he whispers when he finds the helmet. What about my outfit? He's yelling at his girlfriend.

-      Baby, you showed it to me yesterday, it's on your desk, under your stuff. She responds this time by putting on a nude lipstick.

-      You're a witch! He said, passing his head in the bathroom, startling her.

-      Luckily, I had finished putting on my lipstick you would have heard me! She tells him, putting her emergency makeup in the drawer next to her boyfriend's products.

-      I just know where you're putting your stuff. She said, kissing him on the mouth. Eidan just sent me a message, they've arrived, are you ready?

-      Well now yes. He said, feeling dumb but happy to have this beautiful person by his side."

They're coming out of the room. Upon arriving in the living room, Emilio picks up cakes and sticks them in his sports bag containing everything he needs for the game. He arrives alongside Harmony who is writing a message, probably to Auxalia. He stands in front of her, she looks up and takes her face in her hands to lay a light kiss telling her that everything is going to be fine this afternoon. He opens the door and they both come out and Lio asks her if she has forgotten anything.

In the hallway, they wait for Driss and Auxalia to come out as the two best boy friends live in the same building and on the same floor. While they wait, lying against the wall opposite, Harmony tries to reach Melora without success and tells Emilio who simply tells her that she must not be near her phone since she is with her family according to what Jaison has just told her since he too is on his smartphone.

Suddenly the door opens to Driss who yells at Auxalia to hurry. Their friend is energized, it shows directly. He is stressed and he passes his nerves what he would like called his girlfriend and fortunately for him, she has an innate self-control but not sure that she keeps it for a long time. Emilio gazes at them, exchanging a glance with Harmony before taking Driss by the shoulders and asking him to move quickly. Auxalia appears at the door frame blowing, Mymy takes her in her arms and she feels her friend relax in front of her embrace. Driss can be really awful when stressed. She lets go of her friend by giving her a kiss on the cheek before she closes the apartment of chest nut to leave as soon as possible and relax with her friends.

A young brunette emerges from her sleep, her hair strewn across the pillows. She feels like a caress on her cheek and when she opens her eyes, she falls on her executioner of hearts. He strokes her cheek and greets her with a beautiful smile that she gives him back by burying his head in the hollow of his neck, he passes his arms around her and they stay like that for a few minutes, the time that the beautiful emerges. He ends up getting up to put on a t-shirt.

"You should send a message to Jaison... He tells her after a few minutes. 

-      Would you give me my phone in that case?  

-      Yeah, here we go. He answers her by handing her his phone.

-      Thank your handsome blond.

-      But I'm laying down a condition. He said, taking off his hand holding the phone at the last moment.

-      What is she? She responds by getting up on her elbows.

-      You're staying with me tonight, too, after Adam's party if we win.

-      Is that really your condition? She said, arching an eyebrow, amused.

Melora picks up her phone and turns it on with a laugh. She silently thanks Damian for thinking of her best friend who must really be in full stress especially since she is not with him. So, she told him not to care, that he was going to be great and that in any case, she was behind him to support him. Once her message was sent, she had a hint of regret towards him and his friends. Instead of being with them, she was with the one who could be described as an enemy for their group and even though she has the support of her best friends, she knows that what was going on between her and Damian was not going to be accepted by everyone. Despite this, she gets up and joins him in the shower, shaking his head to chase his thoughts.

Once out of the shower, she quickly dresses in a navy-blue crop top with a denim jacket over the same color as her jeans, that is, black. -      It's me... He laughs softly. But this is the first game of the season... And I'm really scared. He confides to him by putting his face in the hollow of his neck.

-      Would you wear my football shirt? No one will see my number if you put on your jacket... He announces by grinding his hands as does his best friend and this vision softens the girl.

-      I thought you were never going to offer it to me. She smiles as she removes her top and jacket to put on the t-shirt, he hands her. Although I know that's not what you were going to say pretty heart. Does she blow in her ear as she leaves downstairs, leaving the captain with a smile on his face and his heart pounding. »

Thank you. I never thought this girl was going to be so beneficial to me. I don't know what she's doing to me, but she's bewitched my heart, my thoughts, my way of being...

When I saw him again in Cancun, I was immediately struck by what she was giving off, it twisted my guts.

So much so that I suggested that we eat together so that we can talk; On this outing I apologized for insulting her so much during our high school years and strangely she forgave me.

I spent all my holidays with her when she wasn't with Laurie or her family.

She knows how to stand up to me, she knows how to reassure me and she knows how to make me run amok.

I don't want to lose what I have with this bomb, but I know that one day it will slip through my fingers and I push back the moment when the truth will come out even though she has forgiven me for Harmony...

I'm scared but I still want to enjoy what it causes in me because I know I've fallen in love with her.

PDV Auxalia

After eating well and trying to de-emphasize the boys, we are about to arrive at the stadium. I'm sending yet another message to Melora who hasn't answered anyone since this morning.

Me: Good Mel, answer me.

Melo: Excuse me darling, Damian stole my phone because it kept ringing.

Me: Swear?

Melo: I swear, he was tired of you harassing me, but that's mostly because he's stressed too.

Me: It's understandable, it's the captain after all.

Melo: Are you where? Isn't Driss too boring?

Me: We're going to get there. Oh my God, of course I do! I took it all this morning! This is the last time you leave me, the next games you stay with me!! ??

Melo: Promised darling, put it all on the stress, you know how it is...

Me: Yes, but hey, I'm not a punching bag!

Melo: I know baby ❤

Me: Are you in a position or?

Melo: Towards the middle, with the mother in Jaison. You can't miss us! She made a big banner and I have the number of Jaison made up on the cheeks!

Me: You're the best friend!

Melo: I know! ? Later!

When Jaison pulls over, we jump out of the car with Laurie. The boys tell us that they are joining the team in the locker room and that we see each other on the field. Harmony takes Emilio in his arms and kisses him and wishes him good luck. For my part, I gently approach Driss and put my lips on his cheek, whispering that I am behind him. He smiles at me for the first time since this morning and takes his arms. Jaison asks us to tell Melora that he wants his hug before the game starts and with a laugh, we ask him that we will not.

We enter the bleachers and start looking for Melora. I notice that there are already a lot of people and the sun blinds me, I take out my sunglasses and quickly find my best friend. I tell the girls and we go up and join her with Jaison's family.

We kiss Karmela, Jaison's mom, and I laugh in front of Melora's face and make big eyes when she pulls out a bold blue blush, which i used for her cheek makeup, I immediately know what she plans to do and looking at Harmony, we accept, ready to support in our way boys.

She writes us the jersey number of the players, Driss for me and Emilio for Harmony. For Laurie, Melora asks who she should write and the latter tells her that she wants Eidan on one side and Jaison on the other, we all smile and Karmela takes pictures of us all four.

The game can finally start, we're ready!
