A gigantic face emerges from the ground next to one colossal human hand. The bearded, hollow-eyed face of a titan howls and grabs Ife!
Ahiga, with a tourniquet now sealing off his amputation wound, rushes in and cuts deep into the titan’s index and middle fingers. Ife breaks free, and, when Ahiga’s sword gets stuck, he draws his assault rifle and fires right into its eyes; at the same time, Yafeu fires a black grenade that almost lands in the titan’s mouth.
The goat demon in the distance moves his left hand down, and his pet titan sinks back into the ground as the grenade detonates.
“Ahiga, look out!” I call to him.
