Note From The Author
Due to recent events, I’ve had to cut Volume Five much shorter than I ever intended. Unfortunately, flashdrives containing a significant portion of Volume Five were stolen from me, and so, to avoid having to rewrite the first sixty or so pages because someone might upload content which is my own, I’ve decided to go ahead and publish what I’ve been able to write. In between moving States, finishing a degree, and transferring to a new postsecondary institution, it’s been difficult to work at the pace to which I’m accustomed. As a result of these changes, this short work could be considered the “beta version” of Volume Five. What’s most likely going to happen is that I’ll be uploading a Second Edition of Volume Five, and this Second Edition will contain everything that I
