Jaden was not expecting anyone from his old life. He didn’t have any friends back then — not real ones, at least. The few people who knew his name only remembered it because they used it to mock him. So when Punisher mentioned visitors, it didn’t sit right.
Sheila finished packing her notes and unclipped her mic. “That was a good interview,” she said with a small smile. “You’ve got quite the mystery around you, Jaden. People are going to love this one.”
