  ~Sophia~   I turn to my side and let my eyes adjust to the brightness coming in from outside. I was brought to my new home in a rush, and I went straight to bed. The day had been too much on my emotions. I never thought my 18th birthday would be such a clusterfuck.   I roll onto my back and stare up at the ceiling. I'm so lost right now. I wish I could leave all this behind and live life on my own terms. The thought of my mom being healthy enters my mind, and I'm immediately reminded why I did what I did.
