I tape the last of the pink and blue streamers to the wall and step back to admire my work. Ash and Kayla’s rather muted living room has been transformed into an explosion of pastel pinks and blues for today’s gender reveal party. It’s not easy to pull off an Autumn themed party with pale pink and baby blue, but I think I did a pretty good job. I’d made several scarecrows using baby and toddler sized clothing that was gender neutral, that they could save for when their little addition gets bigger.
