Six Months Later I sit in the crowded club in the back on the little raised platform I like to think of as the parents and girlfriends stage. We get a good view of the performance- and there is nothing I love more than watching my man perform- but we don't need to be in the fray of the fans that can occasionally get a little too rambunctious. I've got a bruise on my hip the size of Africa from last night's derby match, and I really don't need anyone bumping into me tonight. I'm limping enough as it is! Tonight is a rare opportunity. La-la and Ash left Elia with her grandparents so they could come for a much needed night out, and Tone and Preston also had the night off, so they decided to join us for Ben's gig. Ash joins us at the table with a round of scotches and a white wine for La-la.
