Liam buttoned one of his shirts up on me and both men kissed my forehead turning to leave. "Why don't either of you ever kiss me?" I asked c*****g my head as they walked away. "Which one of us baby?" Paxton asked. "Either, neither. No one kisses me. Why?" I asked quietly. "Which of us would you ask to be first?" Liam asked. I bit my lip and pouted "I don't know, either" I mumbled and they smiled at me. "That's why" Paxton came back to kiss my forehead before following his brother out of the room. -- I'd spent all day up in the suite between the two rooms snooping through their things. Liam really only brought clothes, just necessities. Paxton had clothes and books and a sketchbook that was filled with sketches of other women in all positions, most completely naked. By the time the clock in the foyer turned to 9pm the forth meal of the day popped up in the elevator, just a tray on the floor and a glass of a sweet red wine. For the second time today I sat on the elevator floor and picked at the food on the tray, drinking whatever came with it. When the elevator dinged to go back down I took the glass and left the car to wait again in the foyer hoping one of my men had returned. But I sat on the round table of the foyer for another hour before I took it upon myself to go find them. I took the elevator down to the third floor where the offices and meeting rooms in the house were. I could hear the yelling the instant the doors opened. "I will burn the entire f*****g place TO THE GROUND! If I see fit brother" Liam roared as I walked towards the door. "I let you live once. I will not make that mistake again" Paxtons voice, dangerously low, called back. I pushed open the door with a frown and a yawn. I'd barely entered the room and a warrior had me pinned to the wall and his wail called my attention, I noticed that fingers had dug into, actually into, his bicep. "I shall tear your arm off if you do not release her" Paxton growled his face absolutely calm. The man dropped me. "You need to leave" he growled at me. "Is that how you talk to each other? Really?" I whispered. "It's business baby" Liam sighed dropping into his seat. I shrunk back from them both stepping backwards out the door. Paxton extended a hand to me gently. "I don't know you" I whispered "don't touch me. Either of you" I could feel my face distorting in disgust as Liam stood and walked through the mess that was the large glass table towards me. "Love-" he started. "If you cant even talk how are you supposed to- how are we supposed to... how dare you demand I communic- i just wanted a normal life, normal mate- i didnt ask for this! I dont want this! I reject you. Both of you." I rambled and as soon as the words left my mouth a pain like no other ripped through my chest and I screamed and went rigid falling as darkness consumed my sight entirely. -- When light started to come back to me I was in a large dark blue bed entrapped by two warm hard bodies. I screamed. Both men sat straight up and sprung away from me. "Love" Liam started with a sigh and I hurried off the bed and away from them both backing into the furthest corner. Paxton ruffled his hair looking at me with an odd expression. I took a deep breath in they both still smell delicious. "Why do you still smell good?" I yelled dropping and curling into a ball. "You cant reject us" Paxton sighed. Tears began rolling down my cheeks. "Why?" I sobbed "please, just accept it" I begged. "We can't baby" Paxton, again, sighed "I'm sorry, we won't" I sobbed again. "You have never even shifted baby" Liam stood off the bed "trying to reject us could've killed you, tearing your soul apart before you're even strong" he walked towards me slowly. "I don't want to be here" I whispered. "What do you want baby?" Paxton asked gently sliding his feet to the floor. "I can't be here. Not with you two" I stated. "You can't be with anyone else" Liam growled. He reached towards me and I flinched making him withdraw and step back. "Please leave me alone" I asked. "Can we take you somewhere?" Paxton asked and I shook my head. "We'll take you anywhere" he sighed "please little moon" he paused "we felt it too" his voice was sad "we felt it tearing you apart, burning through you and twisting your soul apart. Like someone had jammed their hands into our chests and tried to break us in two" he both sounded and looked like he hadn't slept for a second. Liam dropped to his knees in front of me "I have never felt fear before, not like that" he whispered. "Please let us take you somewhere. We both need-" Paxton took a deep shaking breath "we need to be near you. Both of us. We can give you space but we need to just-" he swallowed hard "see you, or hear you. We just need you". Liam looked as though he was in agreeance and equally as unslept. "Ok" I murmurred "just please don't- don't touch me. I can't wait until this heat is over" I sighed turned to leave the room. Both brothers scrambled into clothes and followed me. In the garage I climbed into the backseat of the car and curled up on the seat facing the back. We drove for ages in silence and when we stopped both men got out. I waited a moment steeling my nerves before following suit and leaving the car. There was a picnic blanket laid out in the middle of the field we had visited just yesterday. Both men stood in the long grass either side of the blanket leaving what seemed like miles of space. I slunk to the blanket finding a small pile of books and a muffin. I sat picking up my novel, clearly they've been talking to my mother. With a deep sigh I sat cross legged and began reading. Intermittently when I glanced up the brothers were on their phones or circling me or standing staring at me. By the time I'd moved onto the second book some fruits and sandwiches had been procured and I hadn't even noticed. I ate absentmindedly. "You can come closer" i drawled over the top of my book "I feel like I'm being stalked" both men rushed to sit on the blanket. "Baby" Liam called softly. "Please don't" I sighed "don't call me that" Both men looked a bit cowed by the request. "Little moon" Paxton started and I audibly sighed putting my book down "No one has made the two of us talk to each other so much... ever. Please look at us, talk to us" I glanced at each of them. "I do not want to be torn between the two of-" I was cut off. "No, no you are where and how we come together" Liam stated. "Not yet" I chuckled sarcastically. Their cheeky smirks faded in a second. "We will try" Paxton huffed "to communicate better. All of us." "I can't be this, though" I gestured between them "I can't- I won't- I can't ... fix this, you two. You're two different people, each of you. You talk about building 'our' place, about things you want to or plan to do to me and you seem as thick as thieves to me. Like, you're working as a team on everything to do with me but then you talk to each other like that... and I don't know you at all." "You know us better than most" Liam stated quietly. "Yeah, no one has seen him smile this much since we were boys" Paxton poked at Liam's knee. I sighed and stood up brushing off my shirt. They watched intently prepared to give chase or stop me. "Please let us work on this" Liam sighed looking quite lost. "It has been a number of hours" I sighed "and I was ok while you weren't so close to me but having both of you so close. It's too much."
