“Could we do a visitation with him over Christmas?” I asked as we sat in Heather’s office and watched as she shuffled stacks of papers, searching for Tony’s file. “We have some activities scheduled for them on Christmas morning that I’m sure Tony would love to be a part of,” she said. “We’ve been talking about them for a while, of course, and the younger children have been making presents for each other.
