Calix Chasity wanted to go to the beach. We sailed to the nearest one and docked nearby.  “Tortoise Bay! Isn’t it beautiful, Goddess?!” I exclaimed as Chasity and I walked hand in hand across the white sand, marvelling at the perfectly clean clear waters frothing as the waves crashed against the coast. “It’s beautiful. The sand and water are so clean! It’s like living in a painting or something,” she said. I could tell she was trying her best to hide her apprehension about the water still.
