Janice left the court room fuming. No tears at all. The lawyer looked at her and then to Crystal and told her it was obvious the court had made the correct ruling.
Crystal looked up and seen Christine and the children coming toward them. You could see it on the children face, they were scared. Finally, Christina asked what happened. Everything is good. Let's go get something to eat.
At dinner Crystal told them what the judge had said. Jacob was adament that he never wanted to see Janice again. Crystal looked at him with her loving smile and told him never was a long time. People change and life happens. I love Janice even though I do not like who she has become. I hope one day she will become the person I know she can be and the mother she should have been.
Nana you have been the mother we needed. Thank you Jacob. My Emma, you have been so quiet. Nana, I just do not understand how she could leave us. What did we do. First my love, you did nothing. She was the adult, she was the mother. It was her responsibility to be what you needed and for some reason she could not do that. She is the only one that knows that reason and she may not even be sure as to why she did what she did.
It is all over and we never need to worry about being split up again.
