After Thomas stormed out, he tracked down Damian. He threw a punch, and Damian didn't even flinch. "You're keeping her around? Damian, how can you face Kathleen like this!? Emily's a killer! And you're still hung up on her?" Damian's eyes flickered, shadows dancing in them. After a long pause, he spoke, his voice flat. "How's she doing?" Thomas sucked in a sharp breath, then let out a cold laugh. "Oh, she's just fine. Said all she needs is some cash, and she'll be off living it up. Told me you should stay out of her way."
