Sierra's POV The resort was bustling as we arrived. It was only a week in December and most people were already deep in the Christmas spirit. Shelly led me through, and soon we were in the restaurant section. She walked briskly towards an empty table. “Sit,” she gestured for one of the chairs across from her. I still did not feel convinced being here, so I was reluctant to take a seat. “If you are going to be this way, why come with me? Take a seat, Sierra, I don't bite,” Shelly said. With a sigh, I took a seat and, almost on cue, three ladies approached the table and helped themselves to the seats scattered around the table.
