MR MARCUS HOLD CAMPAIGN AGAIN

                                                          CHAPTER 8

               The citizens were not interested on his promises, due to past years of leadership nothing they could count on, four quarter of the citizens refused to participate on the campaign, when he look the campaign ground he was seriously disappointed, and confused on the stage, his followers have to encourage him not to downcast no body can tell what will happen tomorrow, he should hold unto faith and believe something good will come out of the election day. He comforted himself and begin the speech, the people that were  there, are the same people people who benefited during his leadership, more than half of the city don't even benefit anything, despite all he still have followers that are ready to vote for him, but more than half of the city are already taking by ROLAND, it very hard for MR MARCUS to win this election.

               ROLAND heard about the campaign of MR MARCUS, and that happened there, even DIANA his daughter also heard about it, DIANA and ROLAND have the same thought saying they are very sorry, there is time for everything and it's time for citizens to enjoy their city and the leaders, MR MARCUS pass by ROLAND office immediately he called one of his friend in that area to hold a special meeting him one one, he don't even know that the same person love ROLAND and he is working for ROLAND to win this election.

                               MR MARCUS FRIEND REFUSED HIS OFFER

             MR MARCUS wanted to bribe his friend to get information from ROLAND, he was turned down from his evil plot against ROLAND, MR KENNEDY is a very smart and understandable man and he knew that MR MARCUS will go after him to kill him and his family, immediately he got home, arranged a ticket to neighbouring city by flight and travel with his family by 4 pm, and the midnight hire assassins came to MR KENNEDY house, but faithfully they left before the assassination, they kill the gate man, and the news get to MR KENNEDY, he was not happy at all, his faithful gate is dead, him and his family pay him respect, he called somebody to take his corpse to hospital, and send consolation to his family, until they return home.

              News get to ROLAND that MR KENNEDY gate man is dead, he was sad about it, and decided to pay the family a visit, and he give the gate man three children scholarship until they graduate from high school and give their mother job so that, she will not be lowly at home with a car, their was a great joy in the family that day, ROLAND know what it means to loose your love one most especially the one that is so dear to you, he console the family, and he left to his office, in a moment he received call from MR KENNEDY thanking him what he did for his gate man family, ROLAND reply no problem about they are the victim of the situation.

                                MR KENNEDY RETURN FOR THE BURIAL

             MR KENNEDY pay for all the burial expenses, and give the family five million naira to take care of their needs, console them before he left, the woman was very happy and said even till death her husband is still with them, the children were also happy, to see that their father was not only a gate man but he left a good legacy for them, their were very excited of that happen, after her husband death, they are going around begging for food or money to eat, she went to her corpse, and said you have been an amazing husband, even till now you are the best.

          After the burial they all left to their various home and the children were very excited with there mother, some time the woman miss her husband, even if they are not too financially buoyant but they always happy, and whenever she look the children the next word that come out in her mouth, she see her husband in them, her comfortable was her children, no much thinking about her late husband, the joy of them remained the same because of her children.

                      MR KENNEDY VISITED ROLAND

                 To officially thank him for the great support he render to his gate man family, they both have a great time and left to see his family in neighboring city, ROLAND was pleased with the humbleness of such a great man to visit him and thank him of supporting the gate man family, he said, can such men being this world again, man with this age, rich and dwelling inside wealth came to his office, ROLAND was extremely happy that moment, DIANA called the to know MR KENNEDY gate man burial, ROLAND reply that everything went well, DIANA promise to visit the family next tomorrow, after that they talk about their upcoming wedding, and fixed a date to meet again.

                   DIANA and her friends visited the family of MR KENNEDY gate man family with their brand new cars, DIANA met them in rented house, she promised to buy house for them, the woman fall for grand, after she regained herself, DIANA told her, her friend here MISS NAOMI will bring the document and key of the house tomorrow and carry them to their new house, they should begin to pack their load against tomorrow, the late gate man wife called MR KENNEDY what DIANA, ROLAND girl had done for them and when the man heard it, he was shocked, and he couldn't say anything, the only thing he said, your husband was a nice man and the things you and your children are inheriting today are all his good deed, and he never complain about him, and also he told the woman as soon as she get the house, she should let him know about it, and send the address, his wife will like to visit them, when they return from city, the woman was very excited that faithful.
