Ep-2 (THE HOTEL TOKI-NO-ARIKA )

the train stop at kyoto the place where my office is. I Shake my head to remove all the thoughts thats been running in my mind.

i got off the train make my way towards my office. Before I entered in that big buliding I took a deep breath to calm myself down.And entered the buliding.

"good morning" a girl said her voice soft cheerful.

i look up at her it's yuriko a beautiful pretty girl. We don't have much difference in our ages she is 23 years old and my co-worker she very cheerful and positive vibe girl.

she is always happy.

honestly I've never seen her crying or stressing over anything even if the workload is big as mountain or there's a deadline coming she is still Chill and calm. always handling everything with a calm mind. that the thing I like about the most.

"good morning"

i said and pass her a smile

"you look a little down today?!"

she Said her voice concerning looking at me with her big round eyes

"eh?! no it's just I got a cold that's why!!"

i replied actually lied to her

"ohh you should take care of yourself the weather nowadays has been a little cloudy"

"yes I will! thanks for your concern!!"

"oh come on we are best friends"

she said and give me a side hug

i smiled and hug her back

"lets get to the work shall we??"

"oh yes hehe I completed forget I'm going over my desk byee see you at lunch"

yuriko said and went towards her desk

and I also made my way towards my desk I sat down put my bag aside but my mind still on that hotel.

"i really should focus!"

i Shake my head and tried to focus in my work soon enough the lunch break started I took out my bento and made my way to the cafeteria. yuriko who's already there calls my name

"Adaa! here"

i made way towards the table and sat down

"wait! that's remind me there is a hotel in your area that can take you back in time"

she said and I chocked on the food

"oh my!! here, water"

she handed the water to me and I gulped the whole thing down.

"why did you suddenly bringing that?"

"well,I read it on the newspaper this morning and our other co-workers was also waking about it"

"i don't think it's true!"

"noo you are wrong it's true that hotel can take you back in time"

"yuriko there is NO way a hotel room can take you back in time.its just rumours and nothing else"

"do you know the history of that hotel"

"uhh nope!! i just know that thing is haunted and many people went missing..."

yuriko face plam herself

"no!! let me tell you the whole story"

"so around the early 1980s a man named daiki takahashi a man in his late 60s and crazy rich made that hotel and named it Toki-no-Arika meaning Where Time Resides.

it was said that the man wasn't an normal human he was somthing beyond that like he wasn't from this planet or something. sometimes taking to himself or sometimes looking at a empty place for hours...at that time period that hotel was famous all over the Japan.it is said the hotel was famous because of its high class rooms, a great customer service and a great great food.and it was made so beautifully like a castle that everyone was attract towards it. the people that's been working there has said that there is a room in the hotel which is not like any other rooms.the owner made a strict rules to not let anyone enter that room.

but unfortunately the popularity didn't last long. around the mid 1980s the owner went bank corrupt.his lost his money not even a single yen to maintain the hotel as the time passed he wasn't able to pay the workers at the hotel.and after not getting enough money every worker slowly starts leaving the hotel and just like that the hotel that was famous once becomes nothing but a huge abandoned buliding... so what do you think maybe that room that is no allowed to enter be the one who take you back in time. hm? maybe the owner was also a time traveler?!! and notice the hotel name why did he choose that name like it's literally means Where Time Resides. strange right?!"

"actually you have a point! there are high chances of a room in that hotel that take you back in past"

"yess exactly!! there are high chances of that...!!"

hearing this my heart beats faster a rush of happiness going in my nerves.

"so if it's true than I should take risk and go there??!!"

i said to myself.

"but what if it's turned out to be a rumour and nothing else.but if it's turned out to be true I can go back in time and finally do things I messed up made up for my mistake. But if the chances of that are being taking me back in time are 99% there are still 1% chance that it can't be true. what should I do"

still talking to myself in my mind going through a mental breakdown whether to visit the hotel or not..

"Ada you are not eating?!"

"oh yeah"

i said and finished my lunch went back to work.

at night I reached home Change my clothes, freshen up ate my dinner and went back into my room.my mind still divide into two should I go??? or should I stay...???!!!

"ahhh I can't decide!!!"

being frustrated I made my way out in the balcony of my room to take fresh air

when I giggling I looked down to see a couple a cute couple that boy really look just like him.

i said as my eyes tearing to again...

that's it I made up my mind I'm going there whatever happens will happen.i come back into the room and took out the photo from my desk

"if there are any single chance to meet you again I'm doing it!!".

i waited till everyone in the house to fall asleep and around 2:30 I wear a black hoodie and sweatpants took my umbrella as it was raining outside.and also a torch just in case made my way out. i put the hood on my head so that no one can see me..I really look like a thief right now

after 10 min of walking hardly walking I finally reached the place. the rain has made it difficult to come here its like a rain storm.. a pretty bad one.but somehow I still reached there....

TOKI-NO-ARIKA

I'm finally here. let see if I can really go back in time or it is just rumours.

Its really huge up close not gonna lie.

i made my way towards the front door and i reached towards the door knob I twisted it and for my suprise it was open

strange.

i opened the door and leaned inside to see but inside there nothing just silence and darkness.

"hello...is there anyone here?? Helloo??"

i said and makes my way towards the lobby.

i closed my umbrella .my hoodie and sweatpants all wet.

i took out the torch out of my pocket

and turned that on when suddenly the door behind me shuts down

i turned around my eyes widen as i walked towards the door my hands reached the door knob tired to open it but

couldn't. the door is locked....

Ada risk it and made the decision to visit the hotel but will she will be able to go back in past or.....
