Lilly pov:
I sat on Darius bed wrapped in my blanket not saying a word. I still couldn't protect myself, I was weak.
Ian had said we were mates but he had attacked me. Because I didn't know how to take that. I didn't even truly know what mates were. They didn't teach us about mates we were pets.
"Sometimes Ian is an i***t and lets his wolf do the thinking. I know you don't know what mates are but they are like your other half." Darius said lightly talking my hand and putting a red salve on my wrist before wrapping it in a new bandage.
"I-I didn't mean to reject him. I didn't know what he meant." I said crying again. I hadn't felt this scared ever. I didn't know what was going to happen to me.
"its ok Lilly everything will be ok I promise.” Darius said hugging me before letting me go
