Gears The rest of my time in town was spent listening to my father’s argument for not wanting Lizzy to move to California. I had already heard Lizzy’s side several times. And even though I agreed with my father, I also agreed with my mother, who said we had to let her go. If that was where she wanted to go to school, we should let her go. In the end, I reminded my father that we had befriended another MC out there that covered that area, and they would be more than happy to keep an eye on Lizzy for us.
