Clamping a hand over his mouth, Jack shut his eyes as he ran through scenarios in his head. “Ziarogati,” he whispered. “Maybe the Ragnosians had one. But why wouldn"t it attack with their main force?”
“Ziarogati,”Anna turned her face up to the sky, blinking slowly. “Maybe that"s what happened to Cassi,” she said. “Maybe its job was to lure any Keepers away from the fight so that the ordinary soldiers wouldn"t have to deal with them.”
“Maybe.”
“Whatever the reason, I think we"re on the right track.”
