With a quick tug of the flight-stick, Jack flipped the shuttle upside-down. Now, the enemy ship was above him, and he was flying straight toward another one of its dorsal cannons. The damn thing reoriented itself, trying to line up a good shot. Jack fired first. A second volley of bullets produced yet another explosion. Jack had to resist an urge to duck. Chunks of shrapnel bounced off of his shields. And then he was skimming the battlecruiser"s surface, so close he could almost reach up and touch it. He spotted a cylinder protruding from the Ragnosian ship"s hull. A shield generator. With a cheeky grin, Jack shook his head. “All right, Melissa,” he said. “How would you feel about a little wanton disregard for property rights?” “Just fine.” He fired on the shield generator, watching
