Have you ever wondered what it’s like to be an omega of a pack. Well let me tell you. But, first let me introduce myself. My name is Kinsley, I am 17 years old and I am an omega of the Blue Moon pack. My dad is the beta of the pack and my mom is the pack doctor. I am considered an omega because I don’t have a wolf. Most kids get their wolves at 13 but I didn’t. My parents didn’t seem worried but kids at school started making fun of me since I didn’t have a wolf. The worst one is Ashley the daughter of our Alpha Aaron. We used to be best friends but now she doesn’t want to be seen with a wolf-less omega since she is one of the popular kids. I still have the hearing and sight of a wolf so I can hear when people talk behind my back. Kids at school don’t know this though. I do have another friend Sophie. She is the daughter of the packs gamma and doesn’t care that I’m an omega. She’s always there to stand up for me. Today is the last day of summer which means I start my senior year tomorrow. Sophie is so excited to start school but I just can’t wait to get it over with and leave this pack and go to college out of state. I want to be a doctor like my mom but do it in the human world where no one will know that I’m supposed to have a wolf. My parents agree with me and I have talked to the alpha and he will let me leave as soon as I turn 18 that way I won’t be considered a rogue. If you don’t know what a rogue is it is a wolf that has left their pack without the alpha’s permission or has been kicked out for crimes against the pack. It makes a wolf go crazy. I did not want that to happen to me that’s why I made sure to get the alpha’s permission. Plus, he knows how hard it has been for me the last few years. He has tried to talk to his daughter but it doesn’t help. Well tomorrow is a new day. Let’s see what this school year will be like.
