While I was pregnant, some weird stuff happened to me. Stuff that we never understood, like for example that I could hear what Shane was thinking even without the mind link. After the twins were born, it went quiet for a while, so we completely forgot to ask Zaya about it.
That was until Tatiana showed her power for the first time.
“Lia? Where are you hiding?” Shane’s voice echoed through the house.
“I’m in the kitchen,” I shouted back and watched as he appeared in the doorway.
“What are you doing?” he chuckled while taking in my appearance.
