Chapter 28 - Stone and Crystal

It is not easy for Weng to fight a man with extra strength compared to Kairo. She admitted that she had a hard time finding its weakness and that all she could do was to fend its attack on her.

“Aaahhh!” She obstructs Can's sword with all her might.

It was only a few seconds, and Stone's attacks were about to hit her, so she met it even faster like the speed of light, and she released energy from her sword and split Stone's big energy ball.

"Haaahh!" she shouted. From her hand, also she absorbed that energy.

"What?" Stone was surprised by what he saw.

Weng used Crystal's power again to divert towards Stone which; he didn't immediately feel her another move then she was startled in front of him.

"The test is over, and I already know you," she said stiffly.

"Impossible!"

"Stop this bullshit, Stone!"

“That Crystal has something to do with your transformation! But I'm still not⸻”

She strangled the young man tightly around his neck so that he could not move. “Stop and go back to Hyperion. Wait for us to arrive because Kairo and I will save you.”

“Ugghh! D-Don't expect me...”

“I will do everything with Crystal, Kairo, and I to save you. We will rebuild the Stone Crystal, and I promise that.”

He smiled. “It was not a mistake for the creator to choose you for your true mission and be a part of Kairo Middlestone’s life. I look forward to that promise. Please tell Crystal that we will meet again and⸻ ” It was slowly disappearing. “Please tell her…”

“She loves you so much. She loves herself, so even if you are on the side of evil right now, she still cannot forget you. You will be together again as we promised,” she said. She relays the message from Crystal inside her.

“It's good then, and I can rest for a while. Don't tell Kairo that we met, Lady.”

Stone eventually disappeared until it was no longer in her grasp while regaining her true form as a mortal. Moments later, the surroundings became quiet, and the force field disappeared along with Can or Stone's house in its real name. Everything she has experienced today is purely a test.

Her eyes focused on him as if the young man could already saw her. Her heart was beating as fast as tears streamed down her face. Kairo!
