The morning came rather too swiftly, as Jayden's phone alarm roused him up from his brief sleep. He had been wondering how long he'd been asleep, and this led to a chain reaction of thoughts. Camille…he turned to his side to see her eyes peacefully shut after a long night. From what he'd heard from his friends, they were usually gone before their clients were awake, but she was still there. A list of probable causes went through his head. Maybe she'd enjoyed his company too much.
Jayden lazily reached for his phone, which was vibrating by his bedside. He looked to see that his 5 AM alarm had rung for some twelve minutes. He quickly put it off, as he would rather not rouse Camille from her seemingly peaceful sleep.
He stared at her wondrous beauty for a while before lying down again. He thought of the many things that could've been going through her mind as they had their uncanny ordeal all night long. Had she just been playing along, or had she been for real? Was her name really Camille? The questions just came, trooping into his helpless mind.
The thought of cuddling her while she slept mesmerized him, to the point of an erection. He saw her curves bulge though under a thick blanket that they shared. She had her back turned on him, so he hesitantly put his arm round her waist, and propped his body against hers, her ass up against his lower abdomen. He was thrilled anew by the softness of her body.
As he was about to slip his hands under the blanket, he regained consciousness of what the day was, rather too suddenly. He almost cringed with fright when he recalled that it was the first day of a new week, and that all that had happened was on the last day of the weekend. Thoughts of backlogs of appointments, presentations, conference calls and paper work, shook him off hastily from the lascivious fantasy he was about to get drowned in.
“Shoot!” He said under his breath, as he sat up in bed. He took up his phone, which he had left charging as he was asleep. He hastily unplugged it as he'd made up his mind to text his secretary to tell her that he was coming in late and that some appointments would “sadly” have to be cancelled; as he said to himself, with an ironic sarcasm.
He punched the send button and took a sigh of relief. He wondered how many more hours those words could buy him. He'd always boasted of being one of the first to show up at work, but there he was; the honorable young CEO, victimized by heartbreak and at the mercy of a stripper.
Speaking of the stripper, he thought of how it felt when he was finally inside her. The delicate tightness that engulfed him whole was something that couldn't leave his mind at the moment. It was stuck on repeat, the way she called out his name, holding him tight as she gasped for breath. He almost forgot the last time he had made someone scream his name out loud. He was a bit disappointed when he recalled that it was probably his college days.
He looked at his screen, a bit marvelled as he saw all the glaring missed calls; Trey, some other friends, some unknown numbers; which he thought to be all Mila trying to get back to him, and finally Howard; Mila's dad. He wondered how he would tell the kind old man that he'd been parenting a deceptively lecherous tart.
Letting out a heavy sigh, he put off his phone screen and kept his device on the bedside stool. He lay down again next to Camille. He decided to let his worries work themselves out as he slipped his hand underneath the covers and entertained his fingers one more time with her delicate softness once more.
“What are you doing?” Camille's voice almost startled him, but he didn't take his hand off. It was his five hundred grand that got him access to her after all. She didn't try to resist him.
“What does it look like I'm doing?” Jayden said, drawing dangerously closer to her.
“Don't you have work to do, as a CEO?” Her question surprised him a bit. Why would she care anyway?
“I do. That's why I need a little something to keep me inspired through the day.” Jayden surprised himself a bit with his words. “Don't deny me that.”
“I will have to.” With that, Camille got up. She stood stark naked as she looked for a piece of clothing.
Jayden followed her, as though in pursuit. He had his briefs on. He stood behind her, and clutched her waist in his arms. “Come on. Don't be difficult.”
“It's morning already. You have to get going.” She turned to face him. “You have to go….so you can come back again.”
Those words melted his heart in no small way. “Alright, I will.” He didn't doubt the sincerity that glared at him from her eyes. “Could I get your number or something?”
“It's against the rules. I'll be in trouble if they find out.” Camille said, a bit frightfully. There they stood, naked and discussing their next move.
Jayden couldn't explain what had come over him and made it seem like he was unable to live the next second without her. “They won't have to find out. I've got you covered.”
“I can't take any chances.” Camille said, burying her head in his muscular chest. She was literally pouring out her heart to him.
“Of course you can. I can shut this place down by evening.” Jayden said as he wrapped her into his arms. “You've got nothing to fear, trust me.”
After a brief silence, she spoke up, face still on his chest. “Really?” She seemed to struggle to believe him.
“Yeah, really. I promise I'll keep you safe.” Jayden tried to reassure her as much as he could. He couldn't believe he was already making vows to a girl he'd just met last night. What was this fast-paced love story that was happening before his eyes?
“But they periodically go through our phones.” She raised her head, looking at him. “They'll easily figure it out.”
“You can call me by my different numbers.” Jayden let go and made for his tuxedo jacket pocket. He took out a pen and a piece of paper and quickly scribbled his phone number. “Start with this, and then delete it immediately.” He stuffed into her hand.
“Okay. I will.” A new calmness came over her as she was soon back in his embrace.
“I got you.” Jayden said, still surprised at himself. Then a knock came on the door. Immediately he stopped speaking. Had someone been eavesdropping on their conversation? It seemed they had already found out. A feeling of peril overcame him as they both stared at the door, wondering what was happening.
