ZARA'S POV
I woke up to find myself in my room. The clouds seemed pregnant with thunderstorms striking here and there. My head hurts badly, and I couldn't move my body because it was laced with pains.
I tried to remember glimpses of what had happened earlier that day, but nothing was coming to mind.
"Hey.... You're awake." Mira had said as she stepped into the room.
The lights turned off in the hallway, signified that it was still midnight.
"Yeah... My head and body hurt badly." I stated.
I tried to push myself into a sitting posture, but it only worsened the pain.
"Hey.... Just relax." She said as she quickly hurried over to where I laid down.
She helped me with a pill and a glass of water.
"It's Advil. It should ease the pain." She said.
"Thank you." I murmured gratefully.
