Snikt! Snikt! Snikt!
The katana blade sounded as it sliced through the apricots hanging from the branches of a tree in the backyard of Dartanian’s mansion. The apricots were still for a time, then their bottom halves came loose and fell to the ground, one by one. The bear of a man stood surrounded by the orange fruits. He was clad in a wife beater, sweatpants, and oriental, thick wood bottom sandals. His head, face, and body, all glistened with beads of sweat. His hairy chest heaved up and down as he breathed heavily. His meaty hands clutched the handle of his katana, holding it out stretched with his left knee bending forth.
