I was still with Connor when I received Caliana’s call. He was still giving me some advice on what I should decide, but he was interrupted because of the sudden ring of my phone. The two of us looked at one another first, before I finally decided to check who it was. We were so cautious about it, because, after all, this was the very first time that someone had called me ever since that day that Caliana’s father had gone to my company. Connor also prepared himself, but he had calmed down once I had informed him that it was Caliana who was calling me.
