Chapter 22Troy’s two weeks of paternal leave were over before he knew it. Okay, he could probably have asked for more time off, but he refused to be seen to be treated as different from any other male member of the CSA’s staff. Although on standby for any major emergencies, Troy hadn’t been needed and had enjoyed his time with his family, snuggling with Beck and bonding with George. Troy had soon found that the quickest way to settle the baby whenever he refused to go down for his nap was to take him flying. Seemed the feel of the air around him and the slight rocking of Troy’s body all worked to settle George in ways no other activities would.
