he hazardous material team was indeed fully ready to respond, and they arrived in less than five minutes to where Nusmen was detained, near a ground floor back entrance to the microbiology building. While they were en route to the still shocked and unmoving Nusmen, security teams were sent to all entrances of health sciences and the hospital. It was not a small task since there were dozens of entrances. The hospital security and university police had been contacted earlier and were ready to change the time sequences on all doors and lock them. They had changed the system to disallow all entry passes, which worked in many doors twenty-four hours a day for staff.
