After a three and half hour drive we arrived at the lake house and it was absolutely beautiful. The forest ran for miles with it's thick green leaves, the woods were a healthy brown. You could hear the birds singing in perfect harmony with one another.
Once we finally pulled up out side the house I was taken back by how large and rustically gorgeous this house actually was. It had floor to ceiling length windows surrounding the walls with wooden logs holding them in place. We headed in and the inside was just as beautiful as the out. It was decorated with all wooden rustic furniture, it was a large open plan kitchen and living room and stairs leading up stairs falls in the background. Just outside was large bay doors led out to a decking area sitting on the water.
