I was f*****g raging!

How dare one of my pack members go against me like this! I should of ripped his head off there and then! I had every right too, the only thing that stopped me was Peyton’s voice in my head, pleading me to put an end to this. I had no control over my emotions at this point I dragged a dishevelled Peyton to my dorm room and pushed her in. Her eyes were wide with fear and confusion

“What the hell happened out there?!” She yelled at me pointing towards the door.

My eyes scan over her body and I could feel my wolf howling in my head.

‘Mark mate now before someone else tries to take her!’

‘Axel, shut up!’

‘Mark her or I f*****g will!’

“You’re mine and no one gets to touch you the way I do. No one gets to think of you the way I do. No one gets to attempt taking what’s mine, the way I get too with you.” I said as I slowly walk towards her, every step I take forward, she takes backwards until her back hits the wardrobe.

“Eli.. your eyes..” she barely spoke.

“That’s what happens when you don’t accept your bond.” My voice low and weary.

“Eli, stop. I know what you’re thinking, please don’t do this.” Her voice sounded terrified and trembled through her breath.

“Accept the bond, Peyton.” Now face to face with her, trapping her body beneath mine.

“No.”

“Fine. Then I have to choice but to keep you here with me. Say goodbye to your room mate, cupcake.”

“What?! You can’t do that! You can’t make me do anything!” Her voice ran cold and made my raging hormones rise.

“I can and I will. If you don’t, I’ll forcefully mark you right here. Right now.” I warned her as I ran my fingers over her bare marking spot making her body tremble under mine.

“Or is that what you want?”

She shook her head unable to speak due to the sparks rushing through her body, as I leaned forward and brush my lips against hers my phone started to buzz, I let out an irritated sigh before turning my back on her and answering it.

“What is it Isaac? I was busy.” I snapped at my brother.

“We’ll if you didn’t block my mind links I wouldn’t of had to call you!”

He made a good point, I blocked him out as soon as I left with Peyton.

“What do you want?”

“I’ve told Jack to take Kade to the school basement until you decide what you want to do with him.” He informed me.

“Good, he’s in for a rude awakening. Keep him there.” I said before hanging up the phone and turning back to face Peyton who was still stood in the same position.

“Is- is everything okay?” She asked with a stammer and fear in her little voice.

“Nothing for you to worry your pretty little self about, cupcake.”

She nodded slightly before asking about Kade.

“He went against his Alpha. That’s punishable by death.” I told her as I walked over towards her.

Her eyes narrowed and she stared at with me confusion.

“Peyton.” sighing my words I looked deep into her icy blue eyes not wanting to let her know of what Kade had in mind, it was making my blood boil at just the thought of it.

“Kade was going to harm you.” I sugar-coated what he was actually going to do.

The thought made my skin crawl and to tell her would of made it hard for me not to throw her on my bed and take her for myself so no one else had the chance.

“What do you mean by hurt me?” Her eyes narrowed as she stared into mine. Her face was so beautiful, no matter what emotion she was feeling she always looked flawless.

“Don’t make me say it, I won’t be able to stop me or my wolf from taking and marking you for our self. Just please, don’t.” I tried to catch my breath as I lost it from inhaling her damned sexy scent.

“Okay. I won’t. But please.. please don’t kill him. He isn’t a bad guy and he would never hurt me, Eli.” She pleaded, eyes big and bright almost filling with tears.

“He would hurt you, hurt me and destroy our bond.. and that’s something I can’t let him get away with, I’m sorry cupcake but he’s got to be dealt with accordingly.”

“Do whatever you have too, just.. just don’t kill him.” She sighed, still staring at me with pleading eyes.

“I’ll think about it.”

Right now my main thought was dealing with this Kade asshole and moving Peyton into my room full time. The closer she is to me, the safer she will be, at least until she finally accepts me as her mate and lets me mark her, but till then, she’s staying under my watchful eye.

I call Jack and send him to Peyton room and have him pack all her things up and bring them to mine so she can begin to settle in, then I ordered him to stay outside the room whilst I went down to the basement to settle this Kade s**t out once and for all.

Once I entered the damp, cold, dimly lit and out of use college basement I turn the corner and walked up to the caged space where old sporting equipment was stored to see Isaac tormenting Kade who was locked in the caged space jumping at the crossed wires trying to set himself free.

“Bro! About time, I’ve been here trying to get a conversation out of this weasel for at least an hour now.” He sounded a little too happy about the situation we was in right now.

“Eli, let me out of this f*****g cage now! What the f**k, you can’t do this!” Kade raged at me.

I couldn’t help but laugh at his pathetic existence. I unlocked the cage and walked inside before planting a right hook straight into his jaw.

“You think I’m going look past defying your future Alpha? Boy you must of lost your mind.”

“I wasn’t going to hurt Peyton!”

Another right hook.

“Oh but you was.. she’s an alpha blood, you mark her without being her mate.. you kill us both. YOU were going to mark MY mate MY other half for what? Because you don’t like me? Because you’re jealous? YOU were going to kill us both for your own selfish acts!” My alpha aura spread so far and wide that it made Kade hang his head hang low in submission.

“You were so selfish you came up with a plan B didn’t you?” My voice was low and I was so f*****g angry I had to talk through gritted teeth.

‘Rip him apart! He wasn’t going to force his mark on OUR mate!’

“Plan.. B?” I could tell he was scared. He knew what he had done and knew his death could be because of this stupid jealous act of his, a jealous act towards a woman that wasn’t even his, never was his and never would be his.

Right hook, left hook.

“I know all about your plan to go meet a dark witch, I know you were planning on buying her to put a spell on Peyton if you wasn’t able to mark her. You really are a dumbass.” I scoffed at him.

He was delusional if he thought he could pull a fast one like this. I think he forgets I’m an Alpha. I have eyes and ears around this whole school.

“You don’t deserve her.” He said breathlessly as he spat blood down beside him.

“Moon goddess says otherwise.” I said letting out a dark laugh at his misfortune.

“So without further ado.. I Alpha Eli Falco, future leader of Gold Dynasty Pack hereby banish you Kade Russo from the pack. You are not to step foot on our territory, ever. I now cast you as a rogue. Do as you wish, but as you are no longer a pack member you won’t receive any of our protection and will be killed if you under any circumstances go against me or my pack.”

I turned to Isaac and nodded at him gesturing to get rid of this piece of s**t. I would of killed him if it wasn’t for Peyton. If it wasn’t for her small pleading voice in my head and those bright blue eyes piercing through my brain.

I left the basement and heard screams and yells from Kade and Isaac until they diminished as I entered the stairwell and into the corridor. I let out a deep sigh and weaved my way through passing students and headed straight back to my room. If I needed anything now it would be to be in the presence of my mate.

I got the door and heard the sexiest laugh I’ve ever heard, I swung the door open to see Peyton sat on the floor in front of my bed with her legs crossed and the biggest smile on her face, her friend and Jack were sat on my bed in front of her, they had a massive pepperoni pizza on the floor in front of them and each had a can of pop in their hand.

“Hey.” She looked up at me with her beautiful clear ocean baby blues and a smile so bright her pearly whites were on show.

“Hello cupcake, having a party without me?” I smirked as I walked over towards her and sat next to her on the floor.

“No actually we saved you some pizza and got you a can of pop.” Her light smug tone sending chills down my back as she turned on her knees to the desk behind her and flopping back down on her ass handing me a can of pop.

I opened it up and took a swig and as I tilted my head back I saw Jack and Peyton's friend looking at each other with lustful eyes then I finally clicked on. I spat my drink out and stared at them.

“Are you two.. mates?!” I said as I wiped my mouth from the spilt drink.

“I tried to mind link you but you ain’t took your blocker off.” Jack shrugged.

“Are you happy for us?” Her friend asked me with a wide bright smile.

I nodded at her and smiled back.

“Welcome to the pack.. umm..”

“Amira.” Peyton whispered into my ear as she leaned closer.

“Amira, yes! Congrats, I’m happy for you both.”

“Thank you, Alpha..” Amira sang enhancing the word Alpha.

As the night went on and the pizza had gone Jack and Amira headed out finally leaving me alone with Peyton. I watched her as she cleared away the pizza box and empty soda cans throwing them in the trash. I couldn’t believe the moon goddess blessed me with this angel. In the corner of my eye I spot her bags and suitcase placed neatly at the bottom of the bed, I snuck up behind her and wrapped my arms around her tiny waist and whispered in her ear.

“You haven’t unpacked yet?”

“I didn’t think you were serious. I thought you’d let me go once you calmed down.” She answered.

I spun her body round keeping her in my arms and looked deep into her eyes.

“The closer you are the safer you’ll be, I want you here with me or do I have to mark you?” She let out a little gasp causing a smirk to appear on my lips.

“No.. no, no need for marking..”

“Are you sure, cupcake?”

“I’m sure. Umm Eli..” she asked nerves wept out.

“Where am I supposed to sleep? You only have one bed.”

I turn around and stand beside her looking at the bed, then her then back to the bed.

“What size bed is it, cupcake?” I ask her in awe at her cuteness.

“Double?” Her eyebrow raises as if to say what’s your point.

“Exactly, double means 2, there’s 2 of us, sugar.” I laughed.

“You’re not serious? You want me to sleep with you!”

“Yeah, what’s the big deal? Don’t trust yourself with me or something?” I teasingly stroke down her arm.

“In your damn wet dreams, Eli!” She scored.

“Every night now, princess.” I winked.

“Don’t you dare!” Her eyes narrow in disgust.

“My dream I’ll do what I please.”

“You’re exhausting.”

“And you’re gorgeous.”

“Will you stop that?”

“Will you finally accept me?”

“No.”

“Then no.”

“Ugh. Try anything funny I’m plucking grapes, got it?”

“Yes ma’am.”

She rolled her eyes and walked over to her bags pulling out a large white oversized T-shirt and a pair of black shorts before strutting into the bathroom to change. I simply slip off my black T-shirt and unbutton my jeans and chuck them all in the wash basket in the corner of the room, I go in my draws and pull a pair of black shorts out and shove them on, just as I’ve pulled them up Peyton re emerges into the room and s**t, she looks so sexy. This is going to be torture. Her baggy oversized T-shirt falls off one shoulder revealing her bare neck and shoulder, it stops just below her ass and her shorts are no where to be seen, as she struts over to the bed her slender silky legs capture my eyes, I can’t wait to see what’s in between them. Her hair is pulled up in a messy bun on top of her head with random strands hanging down either side of her face, she took her make up off leaving her bare faced, she looks just an angelic as she does with it, her sweet natural features so flawless. She climbed into bed and looked at me.

“You coming or you gonna stand there all night watching me?”

“Maybe I wanna do both.” I smirked as I began to walk over towards her.

I get in beside her and lay down with my hands behind my head, she laid next to me with her knees up and her back towards me, we lay like this for a while until she turns around to face me.

“Did you kill him?” She barely whispered.

“No.”

“Because of me?”

“Yes. Because of you, cupcake.”

“Thank you, Eli.”

She leaned up and placed a light kiss on my cheek.

“What was that for?” I asked her.

She only showed me the side of her where she wants to be away from me.

“For being a good mate.”

Hearing those words made me smile like a fool in love. I pulled her into my arms and for once she didn’t hesitate as she placed her head on my chest and her hand on my heart and that’s how we fell asleep, no funny business just a blissful peace we both needed.

“Goodnight, cupcake.” I whispered as I stroked her hair.

“Goodnight, baby browns.” She whispered back.
