There was nothing to do. Well at least for me there was nothing I had to do. I couldn’t go to Ffion. Portals were shut although I had a sneaky suspicion that Amelia could have got me through one if she had wanted to. She had managed to get here after all. There was something stopping her from opening one though. And that made no sense because she had made it seem like time was not on our side. she had wanted me to get to Ffion and I had wanted nothing more.
I still wanted nothing more. I needed to make things right with my mate. and I couldn’t do that here, twiddling my thumbs. Waiting and watching Crystal. Which seemed to be all everyone was doing. If I was honest with myself, I couldn’t stand to look at her. Not because what she had done but because of how her body was changing.
