Amara The sand was still warm but the air around us was coo, a slight breeze coming off the water made me shiver involuntarily. I tried hide it, because I didn’t want Zane to think I needed to go inside. Leaving him when he was talking so animatedly and seemed so at ease was the last thing on my mind. This was the Zane I had met on the deck of my father’s boat, intelligent, charming and totally unassuming. We had a lot in common. Both of us loved books, and nature. We seemed to talk about everything and anything but what happened today between him and Rhydian. And I was itching to ask him what had prompted it. why was there so much bad blood between them? They didn’t know each other well, although thought they had met previously but they seemed to dislike each other anyway. Well Zane
