Gabriel “This place?” I said in a hushed whisper as I stared at the great sprawling house in front of us. we were hidden in the shadows of the tree line, all of crouching down, hidden amongst the dappled shadows of the trees. it wasn’t much camouflage and if someone was looking, really looking they would see us easily. But so far no one had sounded the alarm. And that more than anything was making me uncomfortable. Where were the guards? The lookouts?
