Last night was truly not what we have expected. It was chaotic—a total mess. Perseus nearly died, and Andra was traumatized.
But, thankfully, Andra was in good spirits this morning, as opposed to last night, when she was disoriented and didn't seem to know what to do.
Nobody anticipated it to happen that way. Even I believed we could carry out the plan properly. But there are some things that, no matter how much you plan, if they are supposed to happen, they will.
That there is nothing you can do if time itself decides to get in the way. I'm not sure why there are so many stumbling blocks in this mission. It appears that fate follows Darius' stipulation rather than ours.
