I stood there silently as Cass trained the females exactly as she had told me the other day. While the rest of the group was training, Lira and I stood on the balcony. Orion also trained the males on the other side of the square.
"Gemima is a great fighter, don't you think?"
My eyes swiftly shift to where Gemima is positioned, and true to Lira's words, Gem is superb. She fights like a serpent, with quick and steady movements. As though she is used to doing it.
Eventually, I shifted my attention to Andra, who seemed to be summoning her internal weapon, a chain. It wasn't just any chain; if Thor has his sledgehammer, Andra has her golden chain—a deadly one. But, possibly because it is so powerful, she had a hard time summoning it.
