LORENZO ~•~ The club was packed tonight, louder and hotter than usual. I could barely hear myself think over the bass. The red and white lights flashed across the room as Ricardo slid another drink in my direction. Ricardo was already in his element, his arm draped around a brunette who looked like she hadn’t blinked since she spotted him. He leaned in to whisper something in her ear and she laughed. It sounded high-pitched and fake, but he didn’t seem to mind. He wasn’t hanging around her for conversations anyway.
