27 It was hard to focus on one thing. The distracting fizz of Fey recognition tingled over him every time his eyes lit upon the figures in the clearing, whether they were in the shadows along the trees or dancing with abandon to the intoxicating music, dazzling in the light of the fires that burned along the edges. The bubbly anticipation inside him swelled.
