Tessa’s POV : I had so much going on. I found my mate! I was staring into his eyes while holding hands when I heard Danny tell someone to go get the doctor. I looked over and asked, “Why? Is she hurt more badly than I first thought?”. I started eyeing her from my position on the bed. I looked at Gabby and then Danny, “Listen, I’m sorry for failing my duties. I apologize for letting her get hurt at all…”. I trail off because I don’t know what else to say.
