Her eyes were lifeless Love had been snuffed out of her Eons ago… Laraba was convinced that she is not of this world and she has proof. Lekan was just one of the many men who have fallen on their knees and begged for her love. Men!! How pathetic they were! The whole lot of them. In situations like this, she feels emboldened and empowered. She loves to see men fall on their knees, begging and grovelling with tears streaming down their faces and thick mucus running out of their nostrils. She had joined the Lady with the dragon heart two years ago and since then she had not being the same. Yes she wanted nothing and lived in the laps of luxury but then she sees herself becoming. Becoming more inhuman as the sun set and rose ushering in a new day. There was this coldness in her heart. She had become so dragon hearted that it scared he out of her wits but she held on reminding herself that she made the right decision and she was more powerful than ever. In her Dragon state, her voice sounded like the roar of many waters. Dragon mother had told her that she was next in line to the throne. She said she had something, something that empowered them all. She hadn't understood then, she didn't understand now. What brought Laraba to this point? A place where she sold herself over to the evil one?
