Reject him?
The word ‘rejection’ brings me back to the worst out of all the countless worst moments of my life. The affliction I went through yesterday morning twists and turns again, twinging my heart.
Prince Giannis sensed that I’m not prepared to have him as my mate. So he’s trying to save himself from that same, undesirable feeling before what we have now turns into something more. That’s a smart move, which I need to learn from him. I must reject him to not let myself fall for him.
