Adjusting to this new “distance learning” thing has been…a learning experience. I have never even done an online course before. So now having all of my classes in front of a computer was weird. And it isn’t like I can come in and watch at any time like one of those websites. For the most part we still have to adhere to the school’s schedule.
I join the Zoom call that sensei Watanabe has set up. I notice that there is a raise your option so that’s cool, I guess. The silence is the real kicker here. Obviously before class everyone is chilling, talking to their friends. But right now I can’t even talk to the girl. Guess I can text them. But it doesn’t fill that need that I didn’t even know needed to be filled.
In short, this is all a bummer.
