Chapter 16 I’m Gonna Faint Now, Hope That’s Okay

Jessica’s P.O.V

I sat still chained to the pole trying to think of what to say to the other two people chained to the other poles.

“So, How did you two end up in this situation?” I asked both of them. They just looked at eachother, before looking back at me.

“I was drugged,” the redheaded girl who was in the sparkly party dress said.

“I uh, I don’t know how I got here. All I remember is a lot of screaming,” the Brunette said.

“How about you?” The redhead asked.

“I was on my way to school, but somehow I feel like they’re after my boyfriend who's a gang leader, not me,” I tell them.

“What are your names?” I ask them.

“I’m Ruby,” The redhead says.

“My name is Whitney,” The brunette says.

“I’m Jessica,” I tell them.

“Do either of you have a plan on getting us out of here?” Whitney asks me and Ruby.

“Not a clue,” I tell them.

“I have no idea,” Ruby says.

“Okay, I guess I’ll come up with a plan,” Whitney tells us, then her facial expression brightens and she turns to Ruby and me.

“Do either of you have any bobby pins?” She asks.

“No,” I say. Then Ruby pulls something out of her hair.

“Yeah here, why?” She asks.

“Because if one of us can get free, we can set the others free. Also I need the bobby pin,” Ruby then tosses the bobby pin to Whitney, which thankfully she catches it. She then puts the bobby pin into the keyhole and one of her hands is quickly freed. She quickly stood to her feet and unlocked the other hand, before coming over to me and unlocking me. Then heading to Ruby to unlock her.

As Whitney is working on unlocking Ruby, the door handle moves, and the door opens. A man walks in sees that we’re up and is about to call for help, but not before I kneed him right where the sun doesn’t shine, before kicking him hard in the gut. But unfortunately for me I wasn’t able to kick him very hard because I am a really crummy kicker. And suddenly Ruby walks over to me just as he’s about to get up. She kicks him so hard he nearly throws up. Me and Whitney both look at her weird.

“Oh I should probably mention I’m on the Varsity soccer team at my school,” We just shake our heads and continue on our way out.

Before we can make it to another door we got surrounded by five guys. So my natural instinct is to attack. I took on two of the guys hoping he others would get the idea. Then I saw Whitney take on two more, leaving Ruby alone to take on the last guy. She just ended up kicking him right in the crown jewels and then kicking him in the face.

I look over to Whitney to see her handling the other two guys fairly well. And that’s when I snap back to reality and notice one of the men has me pinned. Which not gonna lie makes me laugh considering I’ve only ever imagined being pinned under one person I know. And yes it was meant to sound dirty.

I push the guy off then punch him several times across the face, before the other guy attacked me from behind, causing me to be caught off guard, and and fall on the ground. He then picks me up and throws me over his shoulder, this only making me more pissed. So I do what most teenage girls in my position would do screamed and kicked really hard, flailing my arms and legs. He suddenly puts me down and puts his hand over my mouth. Which was probably the stupidest thing this guy has done yet, because I literally bit him, and not soft, I bit until I felt a bone snap. Once all the men were down Whitney spoke up.

“Ladies, I do believe we just kicked some trash ass, I’m proud,” She said causing all of us to laugh, before hearing several gunshots go off. We all covered our ears. And quickly found an exit, then all of us started running together. 

When we couldn’t run anymore we ended up in a park. And that’s where all three of us collapsed. And I noticed Whitney was bleeding.

“Whitney, you're bleeding,” I mentioned to her.

“Umm, Jessica I wouldn’t be too worried about me if I were you,” She tells me then pointed to my stomach. And that’s when I saw an arrow straight through my body, then I blacked out Ruby catching me.

Alexander’s P.O.V

Once we got to the other gang’s territory, I didn’t hold back, and neither did Brian, after all it was his daughter who was the one in danger. We let bullets fly.  Finally everyone in this room was dead, so we went down a flight of stairs, through a room and into a basement type room. But nobody was there.

“Boss,” Jonas calls to me from the other room. I walk out of the basement room and walk into the room where Jonas is. Then I noticed he was holding a gun to some guy’s head. I walked right up to the guy so I could talk to him.

“There was a girl here, where the f**k did she go?” I ask him.

“I don’t know, all I know is that there were three girls; a blonde, a redhead, and a brunette. That’s all I know I swear,” He tells me, but I could easily tell he was lying about that being all he knows.

“Chloroform him then throw him in the back of a vehicle and take him to one of the cells, so I can interrogate him,”I tell everyone. I then whisper to Brian, Jonas, and Dominic.

“Let’s have people check every hospital in the city, she could be at one,” I whisper, before all of us head back to our cars and go back to the warehouse.

Ruby’s P.O.V

Right as Jessica fell backwards I caught her. Then turned to Whitney.

“What do we do?” I ask feeling nervous about the whole situation.

“Whatever you do, just don’t panic,” She says without looking at me.

“I’m not panicking,” I tell her.

“I was talking to myself,” She tells me.

“Okay, but what do we do about Jessica?” I ask her.

“Are you stupid, we get her to a hospital b***h,” She tells me, as she quickly gets up to help me with Jessica.

Soon we get Jessica to a hospital then the doctors immediately take her to an operating room. Leaving me and Whitney alone in the waiting room.

“Thanks for the help, but I could have done without the profanity,” I tell her as both of us plop down on a couch, without even realizing we were covered in Jessica’s blood. This causes some doctors to rush over to us.

“Are you two girls okay?” The female doctor asks, then suddenly Whitney throws up, causing the doctor to take her as a patient to a less critical wing of the hospital. Meanwhile I ended up going with the male doctor to get a check up to see if I was injured.
