Watching James's father be taken and seeing his reaction to James was not as satisfying as I thought it would be.
It was very sad but it had to be done. I did not understand why I felt sad for them when I should have been happy.
"Are you okay?" I asked.
"Yes, I am," he said and walked out on me.
Right after the nurses left, James's brothers drove in. I saw them look at the car that had just left.
They came into the house calling James. He came out asking what the problem was.
"Where is father going?" Nate asked.
"There's something I need to tell you, please take your seats."
"There's no need for that, just say what you have to say."
"Dad has lost his mind and, he has been sent to a mental hospital."
"What? Why would you do that?" Peter asked as Nate had no words to say to James.
