“Gone… It's just gone,” I muttered, my legs finally giving up on me, and I collapsed to the ground. “I saw it coming straight for me. I thought for sure that I was done for… but the monster just disappeared.” I thought to myself, still trying to understand what had just happened. What was this? Some kind of magic or sorcery? But that's impossible. Those things didn't actually exist in the real world, right? But if I didn't, then it could only mean that I hallucinated the whole thing. But I knew what I saw.
